About the Society

 

The concert society was formed in 1987. It is run by an enthusiastic group of volunteers and relies om the support of our audiences to flourish. It is a registered charity (1107070) and a member of 'Making Music'

 


The Milverton Concert Society at Milverton School

Providing the opportunity for children to see and hear top class classical musicians is a core aim of the Society. This year we are pleased to announce that Bute Brass and the Solstice Quartet will all be giving workshops at the school.

 


Concerts

Are all organised by The Milverton Concert Society, a registered charity (1107070), and are held in Milverton Parish Church by kind permission of the Vicar and Churchwardens.

Access for disabled people

Ramps are available which allow wheelchair access to the Church. Toilet facilities in the Church are fully accessible.

 

'Making Music'

The Society is a member of Making Music and the December concert is organised through the Making Music Concert Promoters Network.
